Worst customer service

The dress looks nice.. but bad customer service..The dress is too tight. I haven't received the dupatta for this dress. I spoke to the person on the phone, was told that he will contact me back. I even emailed, but no reply. Can't even get a refund for the 3 dresses purchased, bcoz its too tight. Atleast send the dupatta for the dress that was paid for.
